One SIZE ONLY!!! MADE FROM mesh translucent white netting fabric. White and pink silk flowers are reinforced with hot glue. The brim is wired to get the perfect Mary Poppins shape. White tulle is draped an sewn onto the brim of the hat. The tulle is also ruffled up and fastened to the back of the hat as shown in the photos. The tulle is also draped around the neck and detached on the side of the crown with velcro.
